myCority is the new entrance screening software to be used at all sites, with the exception of Whiteshell. Whiteshell staff are to continue with the current entrance screening system in place.
Online (24 hours / 7 days) – Mandatory COVID-19 Screening
myCority online COVID-19 screening will determine daily site access. Complete CNL’s mandatory COVID-19 screening within 24 hours of accessing a CNL site. This process is to ensure your safety and the safety of your colleagues, family members, and community during the COVID-19 pandemic. If an employee is on a site restriction, they must be cleared by the Health Centre.
To improve user experience, myCority now uses single sign-on (SSO).
You must use your work email address and network password to login. For any login issues, please contact the Contact Centre x 20000.
If you do not have access to a smartphone or computer, you are required to complete entrance screening over the phone by calling 613-584-8030 and then complete your online screening once on site.
Daily Screening from Personal Device
Log in and complete your screening prior to coming to site.
- Log in to myCority by accessing https://cnl.my.cority.com.
- Sign in using your CNL e-mail and your CNL password.

Telephone Screening (613) 584-8030: For contractors and employees who cannot access myCority from their personal devices. Employees are required to complete the myCority screening once on site.
Health Centre COVID-19 Line (613) 584-8040: Listen carefully to the phone prompts. Messages are monitored daily and a CNL Health Centre member will get back to you in priority sequence.
